We use your data to:
1) Sell your books
2) Pay you money for the books we sell for you.
3) Tell the US government we paid you (because we have to).
4) eMail you with updates and information.
Your data is shared with:
1) Rainbowdash Publishers LLC workers (employees and contractors) so we can publish your books.
2) Our cloud drive services: Google (eMail), DropBox (editing manuscripts), and Apple (tax documents and manuscripts edited on iCloud). We no longer use GoogleDrive or BaseCamp and have transferred and deleted any files stored there.
3) Our printers to print your paperback and hard cover books.
4) Our distributors including Weebly (which hosts our website) to sell your physical and electronic books.
You may review the data we share about you:
1) With our printers and distributors on their websites advertising your book and in your book itself. Please let us know if they have any incorrect information and we will get them to correct it.
2) With DropBox by requesting access (you can probably already see everything, but we can check that nothing has been overlooked).
3) With the US government by requesting we resend your 1099-MISC form.
4) By eMail by checking your sent mail eMail box.
5) Offline internal documents by requesting copies of such documents (mostly your W-9 form if you mailed it in by post).
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
